Choosing grapes instead of raisins will cut the count for that snack in half, and going with turkey patties instead of beef on your next burger night will reduce your calorie count by 50%. Not bad at all!
4. MOVE MORE
The more you move, the more calories you will be burning and the better you will feel, but this doesn’t necessarily mean going to the gym for 2 hours a day or waking up an hour early to go for a run. What it means is that you should take the stairs instead of the lift/elevator and park further away from the building. You’d be surprised at how many extra calories you will burn when you start to build movement into everything that you do.
